And at a certain point, once they grow, they will eventually face a massive loss.<\/p>\n<p>This cycle is similar to a person&#8217;s life cycle, where he or she passes through a lot of stages from birth to death.<\/p>\n<p>When companies go over lot of stages, it is called the organizational life cycle.
